Ash Murphy is a freelance facilitator at Lancashire Youth Challenge, where he supports the delivery of the RESTORE: Creative and RESTORE: Empire Fighting Chance programmes. With nearly 20 years’ experience in the youth and community sector, Ash brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to his work with young people. Drawing from his experience both running workshops and as a musician performing gigs across Europe.

He has a strong background in creative writing, music, film and creative arts programmes, using these mediums to engage, inspire and empower young people to express themselves and build confidence. Ash is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments where young people can develop new skills, explore their identity, and realise their potential.
