Edward Maxwell is a JNC-qualified Youth Worker with over 20 years of experience in the youth sector. Throughout his career, he has worked across a range of settings, supporting young people to realise their potential and overcome personal and social challenges.

Edward is currently the Registered Manager of a residential care setting, where he leads a team dedicated to providing safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable young people. He has been involved with Lancashire Youth Challenge since its inception and remains a passionate advocate for the organisation’s mission.

Edward deeply believes in the power of positive youth development and the importance of providing opportunities that inspire resilience, ambition, and confidence.
