Guy is the co-founder of Lancashire Youth Challenge. He initially served the charity as Chair of Trustees before becoming our first Chief Executive Officer in 2019.

He understands that participation in high quality participatory practice can offer participants life enhancing and at times life changing experiences; and feels privileged to have played a significant role in the construction of Lancashire Youth Challenge.

Guy has spent most of his career working within the creative arts and theatre sector holding senior management and leadership roles at theatre companies and venues across the North West

He is a successful, dynamic and enterprising director with a wealth of experience managing social engagement and community development programmes for public and voluntary sector organisations. Guy has over 20 years’ experience of project management, strategic business planning, commissioning, fundraising, company development, and financial governance and is extremely proud to be the Chief Executive of such an amazing grass roots charity.
