Izzy is the new Programme Facilitator at Lancashire Youth Challenge.

Izzy grew up in the Lake District and has always had a passion for nature and supporting young people to reach their potential.

With a degree in Ecology and Conservation and a PGCE in Secondary Science Education, she has led international conservation projects in South Africa and Eswatini, combining environmental education with youth development.

At Lancashire Youth Challenge, Izzy delivers across the three programmes, helping young people build resilience and wellbeing. She loves walking in the Lakes, baking, and travelling.
